How we handle your information

Last updated: October 2026

Walcot Press is a small independent publisher based in Bath, England. We collect as little personal information as we can, and we never sell it.

What we collect

New-release emails. If you sign up to hear about new books, we keep your email address so we can tell you when a title is published. That is the only thing we use it for.

Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who handles it for us

Our mailing list is managed by MailerLite, which stores your address and sends our release emails on our behalf. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process basic technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Buy links take you to Amazon, whose own privacy policy then applies.

Your choices

Every release email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, by emailing hello@walcotpress.co.uk.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
